What is a recall? A recall is a voluntary service action initiated by the
Company to correct a vehicle defect related to safety, emissions, or other
regulatory requirements. It may require that you return your vehicle to a
Ford Motor Company of Canada, limited (Ford) dealer for service.
Affected vehicles vary based on model year, build dates, manufacturing plants,
vehicle options etc., therefore vehicles that may appear to be identical, may
not necessarily be included in the same recall.
Please be advised that the system used below tracks national safety, emission, and compliance recall notifications for programs launched in Canada.
For more information on Ford recalls, or concerns you may be having with your vehicle, please contact your Ford or Ford/Lincoln dealership directly.
Please utilize our online dealer locator (please note that this is a link to the
Ford.ca dealer locator page) feature to locate a Ford or Ford/Lincoln dealer in
your area. Your dealer can either schedule an appointment for service and/or provide
you with more detailed information.
